Sentinel BioTherapeutics

Clinical-Stage | Solid Tumor Oncology

Sentinel is developing programmable, compartment-directed immunotherapies that generate in vivo expansion of tumor-reactive T cells within the tumor microenvironment. Its proprietary encapsulated protein producer (ePP) platform delivers sustained, localized immune modulators—starting with cytokines such as IL-2—directly into the peritoneal cavity, enabling potent immune activation while minimizing systemic toxicity. Designed for repeat dosing and scalable manufacturing, Sentinel is initially focused on metastatic gastrointestinal cancers with peritoneal metastases, with the potential to expand into additional solid tumor indications.
